Line #1 is a 62" wide, tandem line. Minimum width is 24". Maximum coil weight in the St. Louis plant is 25,000 lbs. Line #1 can accommodate coils with outside diameters from 30" to 71" on either 16" or 20" interior diameter mandrels. The gauge range for steel is from .004" to .020". For aluminum, the gauge range is .007" to .050". The line is also equipped with a printer capable of printing two colors in registration.

Line #2 is a 48" wide, tandem line. Minimum width is 12". Maximum coil weight in the St. Louis plant is 25,000 lbs. Line #2 can accommodate coils with outside diameters from 30" to 68" on either 16" or 24" interior diameter mandrels. The gauge range for steel is from .004" to .050". For aluminum, the gauge range is .007" to .070". It is equipped with in-line embossing and offers two standard patterns, stucco (directional), and a rough-sawn cedar.
